Bioplastics were analyzed using FTIR spectrophotometer, thickness, solubility, water resistance, water vapor transmission rate, tensile strength and elongation. The values of the tensile strength of the bioplastic produced increases with increasing of CMC. 摘要

以长原甘薯淀粉为原料,羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为填料,合成了生物塑料并进行了表征。研究了添加CMC对长垣甘薯淀粉生物塑料特性的影响。采用熔融插层法合成生物塑料,CMC用量为0 ~ 30% (w/w)。采用FTIR分光光度计分析生物塑料的厚度、溶解度、耐水性、水蒸气透过率、抗拉强度和伸长率。生物塑料的抗拉强度随CMC的增加而增加。CMC在生物塑料生产中的最佳浓度为9% (w/w),拉伸强度为0.5281 N/mm2。
