In order to examine the effect of the knowledge management infrastructure, knowledge management capability and job satisfaction on organizational loyalty, this study conducted Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the hypotheses with 399 questionnaires of hospital administrative staffs in Taiwan. In exploration of the model of this study, it was found that the factors greatly influencing organizational loyalty of hospital administrative staffs, in turn, were knowledge management infrastructure, job satisfaction, and knowledge management capability. The results of this research can help the authorities of hospitals to understand their staffs' job satisfaction and organizational loyalty, which will allow authorities to take the steps necessary to increase job satisfaction and organizational loyalty. 摘要

随着高科技信息的快速变化和互联网的蓬勃发展,知识管理似乎对医疗行业构成了相当大的挑战,成为他们现在和未来成功的一个主要话题。为了检验知识管理基础设施、知识管理能力和工作满意度对组织忠诚的影响,本研究采用结构方程模型(SEM)对台湾省399份医院行政人员问卷进行假设检验。在本研究模型的探索中,我们发现影响医院行政人员组织忠诚的主要因素依次为知识管理基础设施、工作满意度和知识管理能力。本研究的结果可以帮助医院当局了解员工的工作满意度和组织忠诚,这将允许当局采取必要的措施,以提高工作满意度和组织忠诚。讨论了研究的意义和方向。
