摘要

目的评价不同口腔卫生器械对修复体的刮伤、根面牙垢去除效果。材料与方法在本研究中,我们分析了20个拔除的牙齿表面,并安装了全金属冠固定修复体。有四组,每组5个样本。每组采用不同的口腔卫生工具进行处理:5个表面采用标准的Gracey管处理,5个表面采用超声探头和压电换能器处理,5个表面采用超声探头和磁致伸缩换能器处理,5个表面采用甘氨酸粉末空气抛光处理。结果与结论通过扫描电镜和专用软件处理图像的对比分析,表明甘氨酸粉空气抛光是牙龈下牙垢清除的首选方法,并且比其他方法能更好地保存牙龈下牙垢。

Objectives
