El uso del álbum ilustrado como herramienta para el desarrollo de la competencia literaria y la mejora de la inclusión en Educación Infantil

Inclusive education tries to attend all the diversity of our society, offering educationto every student and enhancing the full development of everyone among their peers.One effective tool for that could be literary discussion, talking about books, sharing opinionsand ideas, as it allows to work taking a multi-disciplinary approach. To test this,the investigation tries to improve literary competence and inclusion based on picturebookreading and literary discussion. So it is an exploratory study, based on a case studyby the design, application and analysis of the literary responses of a literary discussionthrough “Tell me” method with a sample of 34 pupils, aged three to five years old, ina school of the Principality of Asturias. Participant observation, field diary, interviewswith teachers and audio recording have been used to collect data. Atlas Ti software hasbeen used to analyse data. The results reflect that literary discussion allows the creationof a comfortable atmosphere in which every student contributes, interacts and exchangesopinions based on respect and tolerance.
