Dual-Band Band-Stop Filter Design Based on Single Defected Microstrip Structure
In this paper, a novel curved line shape defected microstip structure (DMS) is proposed. The resonant frequencies of the proposed curved line shape DMS is simulated by using HFSS and can be adjusted by changing the length a. A miniaturized dual-band band-stop filter is presented by using the cascade structure of the proposed curved line shape DMSs. The total circuit is small. The simulation results of the proposed band-stop filter are obtained through HFSS. There are three reflection zeros located at about 4.08 GHz, 5.26GHz and 6.2 GHz, which can improve the band-stop filter's sharp rejection. The measurement results are consistent with simulation ones.
