The variables sex, dependents, and leisure activities influenced job satisfaction; age, children, leisure activities, professional experience, and work shift influenced psychological trauma. There was a negative weak correlation between job satisfaction and psychological trauma (r=-0.270). 摘要

目的:分析护士工作幸福感与心理创伤的关系及其随社会人口学/专业变量的变化。方法:对113名护士进行横断面研究。所采用的社会人口学/专业问卷为工作幸福感量表和影响事件量表。采用Pearson相关检验、student T检验和Mann-Whitney检验。结果:工作幸福感量表平均得分为4.25(±1.05)分,影响事件量表修正得分为24.8(±13.9)分。性别、被赡养者和休闲活动影响工作满意度;年龄、儿童、休闲活动、专业经验和工作班次影响心理创伤。工作满意度与心理创伤呈弱负相关(r=-0.270)。结论:护士在工作中表现出中等程度的幸福感和较低程度的心理创伤,表明较高的幸福感可以保护护士免受心理创伤。
