Triazole moiety seems to be very small but 1,2,4-Triazole derivatives have wide range of potential antibacterial activities against drug-resistant pathogens.Hybridization shows a high potential to develop novel drugs,reduce toxicity,and improve Pharmacokinetic profiles.More effective antibacterial studies might be obtained by the hybridization of  1,2,4-Triazole  mercapto moiety. A number of clinically effective antibacterial drugs become more effective. 摘要

近年来在该领域的论文中有相当一部分是巯基取代三唑的部分得到了相当多的文献关注。对重要的医学革兰氏阳性菌如放线菌、梭状芽孢杆菌、分枝杆菌、链球菌、葡萄球菌和诺卡菌的抑菌活性研究。三唑是一类n -桥接杂环类化合物,在化学治疗中应用尤为广泛。虽然三唑的部分看起来很小,但1,2,4-三唑衍生物对耐药病原菌具有广泛的潜在抗菌活性。杂交在开发新药、降低毒性和改善药代动力学方面显示出很高的潜力。1,2,4-三唑巯基杂化可以获得更有效的抗菌研究。一些临床有效的抗菌药物变得更加有效。因此,本文对新型合成药物及其抗菌活性进行了进一步的研究。
