ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT DAN PERILAKU PENGGUNAAN SISTEM INFORMASI KEUANGAN OTORITAS JASA KEUANGAN (STUDI PADA BPR DI KOTA DAN KABUPATEN MALANG)

: This study aims to empirically examine the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence on behavioral intention to use the Financial Information Service System (SLIK) as well as the effect of facilitating conditions and behavioral intention on SLIK usage behavior. This study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model as the theoretical basis. The sample of this study was Account Officer at the Rural Bank (BPR) in Malang City and Regency who uses SLIK in performing credit analysis. The sample was obtained through simple random sampling technique. The method uses in this research to collect the data is a survey method with probability sampling technique. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS application to analyze the relation between variables. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence have a positive effect on behavioral intention to use SLIK as well as facilitating Conditions and behavioral intention positively affect usage behavior in using SLIK. The existence of this study is expected to be a basis for practitioners and regulators to plan and implement SLIK.
