For different service types, AHP is used to calculate the subjective weights. According to the real-time attribute parameters of networks, the improved CRITIC is used to calculate the objective weights. Finally, the TOPSIS is applied to select optimal access network. The simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can find the optimal network based on user subjective preferences and network performance.
