摘要

以聚丙烯、聚丙烯接枝的顺丁二酸酐和赤竹种子(Artocarpus integer)淀粉为原料制备生物降解复合材料。分别是制备香佩达克种子淀粉、顺丁烯二酸酐在聚丙烯上接枝、制备PP: PP-g- ma:香佩达克种子淀粉(9.5:0.5:0.1)g、(9.5:0.5:0.2)g、(9.5:0.5:0.3)g、(9.5:0.5:0.4)g、(9.5:0.5:0.5)g和PP:香佩达克种子淀粉(10:2)g的复合材料。通过拉伸强度和伸长率测试、SEM表面形貌分析、生物降解测试和FTIR光谱分析对复合材料进行了表征。结果表明,当PP: PP-g- ma:赤竹籽淀粉(9.5:0.5:0.1)g时,复合材料性能最佳,拉伸强度为28.743 N/m2, SEM结果表明,复合材料表面平整,均匀性改善,基团相互作用强,具有良好的生物降解性能。
