This research aims to determine the resistance status of various antibiotic classes in A. hydrophila bacteria isolated from African catfish. Bacterial isolates of A. hydrophila were taken from the liver and kidneys of infected African catfishes obtained from Parung, Bogor. Characterization of the bacteria was carried out based on colony morphology and biochemical properties. Meanwhile, bacterial resistance test was conducted using antibiotic disks with Kirby-Bauer method. Based on colony morphology and biochemical properties, the characterization results indicated that the bacterial isolates tested were A. hydrophila . Further examination of the antibiotic resistance test showed that the bacteria were resistant to penicillin antibiotics and macrolides. 摘要

嗜水气单胞菌是一种引起运动气单胞菌败血症(MAS)的细菌,它会感染包括非洲鲶鱼在内的淡水鱼,导致死亡,并给农民造成巨大损失。本研究旨在确定从非洲鲶鱼分离的嗜水拟南杆菌对不同种类抗生素的耐药性状况。从茂物帕隆受感染的非洲鲶鱼的肝脏和肾脏中分离出嗜水单胞杆菌。根据菌落形态和生化特性对细菌进行了表征。同时,采用Kirby-Bauer法采用抗生素片进行细菌耐药试验。菌落形态和生化特性鉴定结果表明,所分离的细菌为嗜水单胞菌。进一步的抗生素耐药试验表明,细菌对青霉素、抗生素和大环内酯类耐药。未来的研究有望通过对嗜水单胞菌突变体的分子鉴定来了解其DNA碱基。
