This study employs a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research consists of 420 students, which represents the entire population, using a total sampling technique. The data collection method utilized in this study is documentation. The data analysis technique employed is ANATES version 4. Based on the difficulty level calculation using ANATES version 4, the results showed that out of 50 items, 3 items (6%) were classified as difficult, 12 items (24%) as moderate, and 35 items (70%) as easy. Regarding the discrimination analysis using ANATES version 4, out of 50 items, 18 items (36%) were categorized as poor, 17 items (34%) as fair, 14 items (28%) as good, no items were categorized as very good, and 1 item (2%) was categorized as a negative item, which indicates the need for removal or replacement. 摘要

本研究旨在确定SMA Negeri 1巴东分校2022/2023学年伊斯兰教育科目奇数学期期末考试中多项选择题的质量,重点从难度程度、辨别能力和干扰因素质量三个方面进行研究。本研究采用定量方法的描述性研究设计。本研究使用的样本包括420名学生,这代表了整个人口,采用总抽样技术。本研究采用文献法收集资料。使用的数据分析技术是ANATES版本4。基于ANATES version 4的难度等级计算结果显示,50个题项中,难题3个(6%),中等题12个(24%),易题35个(70%)。在使用ANATES版本4进行辨别分析时,在50个项目中,18个项目(36%)被分类为差,17个项目(34%)被分类为一般,14个项目(28%)被分类为好,没有项目被分类为非常好,1个项目(2%)被分类为需要删除或更换的负面项目。最后,通过对干扰物质量的分析,发现15个项目(30%)具有有效干扰物,35个项目(70%)具有无效干扰物。
