Involvement in innovation did not assist sales growth whereas involvement in open innovation did. There was a positive relation between open innovation and power distance and uncertainty. No relationship was identified for individualism and masculinity. 摘要

政治稳定、宏观经济谨慎和积极追求自由贸易使秘鲁成为拉丁美洲增长最快的经济体之一。这种经济扩张使人们对企业文化的演变及其对企业绩效的影响产生了浓厚的兴趣。本文通过对高层管理者的调查,考察了文化价值观对创新的影响与组织绩效之间的关系。参与创新并不能促进销售增长,而参与开放式创新却能。开放式创新与权力距离、不确定性呈正相关。没有发现个人主义和男子气概之间的关系。实践启示是开放式创新可以提高企业绩效,而权力距离的减小和对不确定性的厌恶程度的降低也会产生积极的影响。
