摘要

弹簧载荷测试分离系统作为生产线上的终端设备,对保证弹簧的质量起着重要的作用。该设备的主要功能是对弹簧载荷质量进行检测,并根据检测结果对产品进行分类。采用主从破坏结构分配各个控制器的总体控制职责,通过TCP/IP协议协调控制器之间的同步。目前,已投入实际生产的弹簧载荷测试与分离系统能够满足弹簧测试与分离的精度和速度要求。
