摘要

- 2016年7月,日本多摩河的一条支流发生了ayu Plecoglossus altivelis死亡事件。从所有检验的死鱼中主要分离出一种革兰氏阴性、活动的短杆状细菌,并鉴定为维罗尼气单胞菌。该菌株的生化特性和gyrB序列与往年产自阿玉的维罗氏单胞菌不同。该菌株对ayu的致死率也高于以前分离的veronii菌株。上述结果表明,目前塔玛河河豚的死亡是由高致病性白弧菌引起的。
