摘要

如今,原料混合系统在工厂和制造企业中非常流行:水泥、食品加工、肥料等。原料混合系统在满足这些需求的同时,必须保证产品的质量。本文的目的是利用S7-1200 PLC对原料搅拌站进行编程,并结合Webserver对混合灌装系统进行控制和监督。该系统完成每批混合、供料、物料混合和成品提取的速率划分工作。此外,作者还重建了适合教学或专业研究目的的紧凑尺度的植物模型。系统编程过程在西门子代理公司的TIA Portal V13软件上编写,在HMI控制屏上操作,并在Webserver上直接监控。结果表明,稳定的运行模式产生了良好的产品,通过作者设计的web服务器应用程序对系统进行了准确的操作和监控。
