The system performs the work of dividing the rate for each batch of mixing, material supplying, material mixing and extracting finished products. In addition, the author has rebuilt the plant model with a compact scale that suitable for the teaching or professional research purpose. The process of system programming is written on the TIA Portal V13 software ofSiemens agency and is operated on the HMI control screen as well as directly monitored on the Webserver.
