摘要

在职业环境不断变化的背景下,翻译教育需要投资于毕业生的工作准备和就业能力。本文探讨了翻译学生新兴的职业认同,这里称为职业前认同(PPI)及其与提高工作准备的相关性。为此,我们研究了翻译专业学生写的自我反思论文,这些学生参加了翻译业务模拟,作为他们硕士学习的一部分。研究结果表明,为了支持学生建立PPI,促进向劳动力市场的过渡,并促进就业能力,为学生提供基于体验式学习和批判性自我反思机会的教学方法是有用的。
