A nonlinear compensation method for Backlash transmission Backlash in Servo System
The forming cause of transmission Backlash and the effect on system performance in Servo System are analyzed, and a simple and using easily nonlinear compensation method is proposed. The method can make the system maintain better performance and has guiding significance for production practice.
