Based on the results of the thermogravimetric analysis, it was shown that the sample increased its thermal stability. The sample decomposes at a higher temperature with the increasing mole ratio of divinylbenzene added. The grafted product with 16 phr maleic anhydride decomposed at 489.41 oC. 摘要

研究了马来酸酐接枝天然橡胶的热性能。接枝在熔体阶段进行,温度为150℃,转子转速为80 rpm。在二乙烯基苯共聚体存在和不存在的情况下,以不同的摩尔比(0.5、1和2)与环化天然橡胶进行了共16 phr马来酸酐的反应。用热重法对接枝产物进行表征,考察其热性能。热重分析结果表明,样品的热稳定性得到了提高。随着二乙烯基苯摩尔比的增加,样品在更高的温度下分解。16 phr马来酸酐接枝产物在489.41℃下分解。接枝产物样品分别在:501.62 oC、514.39 oC、520.82 oC条件下,加入0.5、1、2摩尔比的二乙烯基苯单体进行分解。
