Examination for the growth of pathogen bacterial colonies and total plate count method was done to determine the effectivity. It was found the number of germs before and after  has decreased significantly radiation at 30 (P = 0.036) and 45 minutes (P = 0.037). 摘要

大流行SARS - CoV-2目前正在全球蔓延。应采取的预防措施包括使用个人防护装备(PPE),特别是口罩,这导致口罩供应不足。提出的策略是对其进行净化,使其可以重复使用。本研究比较了KN95口罩在不同时间内紫外线辐射消毒的效果。本研究采用紫外辐射对KN95口罩进行消毒,辐照时间分别为15、30和45分钟。面罩是在辐射前后擦拭的。通过病原菌菌落生长检查和总菌落计数法确定其有效性。结果显示,辐射30分钟(P = 0.036)和45分钟(P = 0.037)后,细菌数量明显减少。暴露30分钟(P=0.034)和45分钟(P= 0.037)后金黄色葡萄球菌菌落数量明显减少,对病原菌也有较好的去污效果。本研究结果表明,紫外线照射30和45分钟可有效去除病原菌
