The factors like parents’ education, monthly income of parents, family support, school environment, and good nutrition plays a vital role in making girls quality learners. 摘要

自正规教育开始以来,教育质量及其决定因素一直是人们关注的话题。本文的重点是查谟地区(查谟和克什米尔联邦领土)少女的优质教育问题。在联合国儿童基金会提出的优质教育的五个方面中,第一个也是最重要的条件是需要考虑到“优质学习者”。这是一项探索性研究,基于对查谟地区16所高中的240名青春期女生的实证数据。父母的教育程度、父母的月收入、家庭支持、学校环境、良好的营养等因素对女孩成为优质学习者起着至关重要的作用。研究结果表明,文化规范在塑造青春期女孩的个性和选择方面起着至关重要的作用。
