摘要

本文的目的是寻找一种简便易行的方法来观察红树叶盾(Aegiceras corniculatum)的气孔运动。利用该方法研究了外源一氧化氮(NO)在不同浓度和不同处理时间下对叶片气孔运动的影响、Ca2+对外源一氧化氮诱导的气孔运动的调节作用、NO与H2O2在气孔运动调节中的相互作用。结果表明,牛皮粘印法比混合法和指甲珐琅印法更能观察到牛皮粘印法的气孔运动。NO诱导的气孔关闭与Ca2+呈剂量依赖性。结果表明,NO和H2O2可共同诱导黄菖蒲保护细胞快速关闭气孔。
