Experiment results show that the template matching algorithm can enhance the located precision of each CCD to 0.347μm. The splicing precision detection with template matching algorithm can avoid the subjective error caused by the conventional detection method. And its results are more accurate. 摘要

大视场、大覆盖的遥感相机需要足够像素的CCD。但是现有的CCD不能满足实际需要。因此,将像素不足的若干块CCD拼接成一个像素充足的长阵。CCD拼接的精度要求非常严格,因此在CCD拼接的精度检测中也要求同样高的精度。在检测CCD拼接精度时,选择CCD封装中几何结构简单的图形标记作为模板。利用模板匹配算法获得各CCD中图形标记点的位置精度数据。采用统一的物镜模板,采用模板匹配算法检测具有多片CCD的焦平面。实验结果表明,该模板匹配算法可将每个CCD的定位精度提高到0.347μm。基于模板匹配算法的拼接精度检测可以避免传统检测方法带来的主观误差。它的结果更加准确。此外,在精密检测过程中无需人工干预,提高了精密检测的效率。
