摘要

目的:评价葡萄籽提取物对儿童变形链球菌的作用。材料和方法:选取40例儿童,年龄7-12岁。参与者被随机分为两个相等的班级;a和B (n= 20)。参与者被要求每天两次(早餐和晚餐后)用15毫升葡萄籽提取物或0.125% CHX漱口水(分别为A组和B组)冲洗60秒,之后不要用水冲洗。在0(基线)(S1)、2天后(S2)和一周后(S3)采集唾液样本。将采集到的唾液样本在三个时间间隔送交微生物实验室进行两组总细菌计数,并将数据收集、制表并进行统计分析。结果:葡萄籽提取物与CHX组在不同时间间隔的平均CFU比较,两组间差异无统计学意义(p值=0.708,0.202,0.056)。葡萄籽提取物漱口水被认为是一种成功的抗菌剂,当用于儿童时,与有效的杀菌剂氯己定相比。
