This research has adopted a two-stage methodological approach that includes bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review. First, a bibliometric analysis was performed, which included citation and co-citation analyses, and then a systematic literature review was conducted. The findings revealed that KM research has not made sufficient progress and that there are still many research gaps. Finally, potential research questions have been developed for future research.
