The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and history of disease with work fatigue in workers at PT. X. This study was an observational study using a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was the total population of 45 workers from the morning shift workers. The independent variables of this study were nutritional status and disease history. The dependent variable was work fatigue. Coefficient correlation is used as data analysis to determine the strength of the relationship of the variables. The results showed that some workers’ nutritional status was fat (57.8%), and as much as (26.7%) workers had history of a certain disease. The conclusion of this study is both nutritional status and history of disease have a moderate relationship with work fatigue in workers of morning shift at PT.X. 摘要

疲劳会导致生产力下降,增加工作场所事故的发生率。本研究的目的是分析PT. x工人的营养状况与疾病史与工作疲劳之间的关系。本研究采用横断面方法进行观察性研究。本研究的样本为45名早班工人的总人口。本研究的自变量为营养状况和病史。因变量为工作疲劳。使用相关系数作为数据分析来确定变量之间关系的强度。结果显示,部分工人营养状况为肥胖(57.8%),有某种疾病史的工人高达26.7%。本研究的结论是:营养状况和疾病史与PT.X早班工人的工作疲劳有中度关系。公司需要对工人的营养状况进行监测,每周定期进行一次体育活动或锻炼,定期进行健康检查,以保持工人的良好状态。关键词:疲劳,营养状况,疾病医学
