摘要

公共服务动机是公共管理研究中的一个新兴课题,但尚未有研究充分探讨其如何通过工作满意度和组织承诺影响员工的服务取向。本研究的最终目的是通过考察公共服务动机是否会影响服务取向,以及如果会,这种影响是否会受到工作满意度和组织承诺的中介作用来填补研究空白。采用WarpPLS 6.0软件对数据进行分析。以丹戎槟榔市政府160名公务员为样本,研究结果表明,员工服务取向直接受到PSM的正向影响。此外,公共服务动机还通过工作满意度和组织承诺间接影响员工的服务取向。此外,本文还讨论了该研究对公共部门人力资源管理的理论和实践意义。
