摘要

本文介绍了利用网络摄像机和个人计算机对指针式自动测量装置(电压表、压力计、节拍器等)的动态特性进行测定的方法和算法。给出了研制的指针式测量装置动态特性测试仪的测试和实验研究结果。利用该方法,开发了算法和软件,实现了指针式测量装置动态特性测定过程的自动化。对于分辨率为0.3 Mp的双核处理器和网络摄像头,识别和计算一个测量值的平均时间为250-330 ms。
