摘要

在焊接车间,电阻焊通常采用多板研磨,但在焊接过程中存在许多不确定因素。为了减少试验次数满足生产要求,解决多层板搭接的焊核问题,本文找到了厚度为0.8 mm + 1.4 mm + 1.8 mm的3层低碳钢板的优化焊接参数。实验结果表明:焊接电流9.6/8.8/11.1 KA,焊接时间5/19/5 CY,电极压力3 kn适合于厚度为0.8 mm + 1.4 mm + 1.8 mm的3层低碳钢板,多脉冲焊接参数适合于多层板迭接,每层熔核直径可达到6mm。
