摘要

制备了双齿希夫碱配体3-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-2-[(4-二甲氨基-苄基)-氨基]-2-甲基丙酸,并通过光谱研究和元素分析对其进行了表征。通过分子电导、[FT-IR、UV-Vis和AAS]、氯化物含量和磁化率等测量,对混合配体配合物的Cd(II)、Ni(II)、Cu(II)、Co(II)、Cr(III)和Fe(III)进行了结构分析。八面体几何已被建议用于所有的配合物。对希夫碱及其配合物的抑菌活性进行了测试,结果表明,{克(G+)}和克(G-)}两种配合物对所有细菌的抑菌活性均为弱至良好。
