Other combinations were either additive or indifferent; one antagonistic interaction between chloramphinicol–erythromycin was observed. 摘要

采用分数抑制浓度(FIC)指数评价8种一线抗生素联合用药对金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌效果。从临床样品中分离出10株金黄色葡萄球菌和10株铜绿假单胞菌,并测定了每种抗生素的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。氨苄西林-庆大霉素、利福平-新霉素和利福平-四环素联合用药对金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌均有协同作用;以及环丙沙星妥布霉素对铜绿假单胞菌的作用。其他组合要么是加性的,要么是无加性的;观察到氯霉素-红霉素之间存在拮抗相互作用。结果表明,当病原菌是多种抗生素耐药菌时,抗生素联合是实现协同作用的一种潜在途径。
