摘要

目的:本研究旨在了解女性临床乳腺检查的知识、态度和实践水平,以及知识与实践之间的关系。数据收集在2019年2月起的三个月内进行。研究对象和方法:一项横断面分析研究包括657名非随机选择的访问巴格达市初级卫生保健中心的妇女,平均年龄在(20-59)岁之间。结果:仅有51.8%的人听说过临床乳腺检查。临床乳腺检查知识平均得分为(51.2±44)分。只有5.5%的妇女定期进行临床乳房检查。充分进行临床乳房检查的参与者比没有进行临床乳房检查的参与者的平均知识得分高(100比44.2),(P<0.001)。结论:该研究得出结论,大多数参与者的临床乳房检查实践不足,需要通过教育计划加以改进。
