摘要

摘要本文研究了几种含硒化合物对葱属植物抗氧化性能的影响。用赤霉素溶液(125 mg·L−1)在种植前对球茎进行预处理,在植株生长过程中对叶片进行处理;硒酸钾(36 μg Se·L−1)和一种新的钴(III)配位化合物(33 μg Se·L−1)增加了脯氨酸和同化色素的浓度,减少了脂质过氧化氧化,增强了抗氧化细胞的保护作用。用新配位化合物“Fludisec”预处理的植物效果最大,表现为叶片和鳞茎抗氧化性能的提高,生长过程和生产力的优化。单晶x射线分析表明,Fludisec为离子型四氟硼酸盐-[双(二甲基乙氧基肟)-(氨基硒)1.4-(硒-氨基硒)0.5-(硒-硒)0.1钴(III)]配位化合物,化学式为[Co(DmgH)2(Seu)1,4(Se-Seu)0.5(Se-Se)0.1][BF4]。
