摘要

本文报道了不同填料浓度制备的纳米环氧树脂样品的对比分析结果。将波西米亚纳米颗粒分散到交联的环脂肪族环氧树脂中,在紫外照射下制备样品。介电性能,特别是空间电荷积累,被测量为纳米填料含量的函数。结果表明,填料含量对空间电荷积累和电荷迁移率影响较大。纳米填料浓度为5-7 wt%时,相对于环氧树脂基,空间电荷显著减少,负电荷载流子的迁移率增加。
