摘要

植物是生产抗菌药物的重要来源之一。因此,本研究旨在评价当地Conocarpus spp叶片对某些微生物病原体的生物活性检测能力。经蒸馏水浸泡后得到的滤液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌3种临床病原菌均有一定的抑菌活性,抑菌区分别为25、15和31 mm。滤液粗氯仿提取物对除变形链球菌外的其他菌株均有抑制作用,其抑制区分别为16、19、28和15 mm。GC-MS分析表明,氯仿粗提取物除DMSO溶剂外,还含有[乙酮,1,1'-(1,4-苯基)双-]、[苯,4-甲氧基-1-硝基-2-(三氟甲基)-]、[胆碱-24-乙酸,3,6-双(乙酰氧基)甲酯(3,α)]等7种化合物。5. beta。[对苯二甲酸异丁基-2-苯乙基酯],[1,3,4-恶二唑-2-胺,5-(4-溴苯基)-],[1h -吲哚,5-甲基-2-]和[苯并[h]喹诺酮,2,4-二甲基-]。
