The environmental conditions and measurement methodhighly influence the accuracy of measurement process.This paper focuses on estimating the uncertaintyin angle measurementscarried out using CMM. In this study, anglegauge blocks are used as the reference materials for assessing the uncertainty in measurement using a CMM. An uncertainty estimation is carried out according to the guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement (GUM). 摘要

三坐标测量机(CMM)是一种普遍接受的仪器,广泛用于工业和实验室的检测。尺寸测量中的不确定度评定对于任何测量过程都是非常重要的。机械系统的零部件必须具有精确的尺寸以满足功能要求。环境条件和测量方法对测量过程的精度影响很大。本文主要研究了用三坐标测量机进行角度测量时的不确定度估计。在本研究中,语言块作为参考材料,评估测量不确定度使用三坐标测量机。根据测量不确定度表达指南(GUM)进行了不确定度估计。分析了位置精度、环境温度、振动、测量和探测策略等因素的影响,估计了测角的不确定度为40角秒。
