摘要

本研究旨在探讨纤维含量对台湾泥鳅摄食、生长性能、饲料利用及抗氧化能力的影响。试验饲料分为6组,粗纤维含量分别为4.70%、4.92%、5.15%、5.44%、5.79%和6.06%。试验选取576尾泥鳅,随机分为6组,每组8个重复,每个重复12尾,饲喂60 d。结果表明:粗纤维水平对泥鳅的摄食率、饲料系数和蛋白质效率有显著影响,而特定生长率无显著差异(P>0.05)。粗纤维含量显著影响泥鳅消化率(P 0.05),淀粉酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。随着粗纤维含量的增加,泥鳅肝脏中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05), SOD活性变化不显著。根据目前的综合评价,台湾泥鳅饲料中粗纤维的适宜含量为5.52% ~ 5.65%。
