The methodology is based on the application of the general theory of functional systems by P.K. Anokhin, as well as its formalization - the category theory of systems, according to which the internal architecture of a functional system is represented as a huge graph of connections between its individual elements. In the agent-based model, the elements are agents of two types (people and organizations), and their connections indicate the direction of the transfer of information, material and financial resources.
