The simplified memory bounded A* (SMA*) is one of the best methods of informed search. In this research, a hybrid method was proposed to increase the performance of SMA* search. The combining fuzzy logic with this search method and improving it with PSO algorithm brought satisfactory results. The use of fuzzy logic leads to increase the search flexibility especially when a robot dealing with lots of barriers and path changes. Furthermore, combining PSO saves the search from being trapped into local optimums and provides for search some correct and accurate suggestions. 摘要

在人工智能领域,问题解决是一个非常重要的课题。实际上,一个问题可以被视为一个或多个目标,以及一组用于实现这些目标的可用交互。解决人工智能问题的最佳方法之一是使用搜索方法。简化记忆界A* (SMA*)是信息搜索的最佳方法之一。在本研究中,提出一种混合方法来提高SMA*搜索的性能。将模糊逻辑与该搜索方法相结合,并用粒子群算法对其进行改进,取得了满意的结果。模糊逻辑的应用提高了机器人搜索的灵活性,特别是当机器人处理大量障碍物和路径变化时。此外,结合粒子群算法可以避免搜索陷入局部最优,并为搜索提供正确准确的建议。实验结果表明,与其他算法相比,该算法的搜索代价和分支因子都有所降低。
