摘要

研究了粪链球菌对含盐熟肉培养基中两株产气荚膜梭菌的抑制作用。通过生长曲线研究和琼脂抑制区测量来评估抑制效果。在含葡萄糖培养基中,粪链球菌对两株产气荚膜荚膜杆菌均有抑制作用,但抑制程度不同。在含葡萄糖培养基中添加亚硝酸盐,粪球菌对产气荚膜荚膜杆菌的抑制作用增强。粪球菌产生乳酸似乎在抑制产气荚膜荚膜杆菌中起重要作用。
