Firstly, the technical problems in 5G Internet of Things are analyzed. Secondly, an IPv6 based core network side terminal authentication method is put forward, and the system architecture and key methods in this scheme are described, including a novel device identifier generation method, adress configuration method and authentication method. It realizes the verification of unique terminal identification at IP network layer, effectively enhancing the security of terminal access and improving the efficiency of address management. Finally, this paper also analyzes the security properties of this scheme and compares it with other schemes.
