Based on this concept, a solution was developed for the curricular follow-up process in the Academic Direction of the Polytechnic State University of Carchi; in this sense, quantitative methodologies and Ralph Kimball's method were created for storage and analysis; and the ETL process was designed for the processing of the data obtained from the databases of the integrated computer system. Finally, control panels were developed through the Power BI tool to create dashboards.
