This experiment was monitored by digital light microscope and confocal microscope. Results were observed coiling structure of Trichoderma asperellum, attachment on cell wall of Fusarium oxysporum sp. and disintegration of cell wall by conidia and bioactive compound. Trichoderma asperellum hyphae was around of Fusarium oxysporum sp.
