摘要

本文采用数码光学显微镜和共聚焦显微镜对曲霉与尖孢镰刀菌的相互作用进行了研究。结果观察到曲霉木霉的盘绕结构,尖孢镰刀菌的附着在细胞壁上,分生孢子和生物活性物质使细胞壁崩解。结果表明,本实验揭示了不同类型的相互作用,即盘绕结构、分生孢子的寄生活性、生物活性化合物的寄生活性、附着的寄生活性、病原体的寄生活性。
