In this article, we explore and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching method and apply the integration of soft skills into teaching SCADA and automation in electrical system subject at TVU to improve students’ soft skills, motivate students to study more proactively as well as help them to have more opportunities for expressing their own understanding. EXPERIENCES OF INTEGRATING SOFT SKILLS INTO TEACHING SCADA AND AUTOMATION IN ELECTRICAL SYSTEM SUBJECTS AT TRA VINH UNIVERSITY
