The appearance of CTC in malignant tumors is usually related to the poor prognosis, such as metastasis and recurrence, short survival time and so on. The combination of TK1 and CTC can also be used as an independent predictor of survival. 摘要

胸苷激酶1 (Thymidine kinase 1, TK1)与早期恶性肿瘤的发生、肿瘤转移、复发有关,TK1在治疗中的变化也能反映肿瘤对治疗的敏感性。循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)从原发肿瘤或转移性肿瘤中转移到血液中。恶性肿瘤中CTC的出现通常与预后差有关,如转移复发、生存时间短等。TK1和CTC的联合也可以作为生存的独立预测因子。现就TK1和CTC在肿瘤发生发展中的作用进行分析和总结。关键词:胸苷激酶;肿瘤细胞,循环;肿瘤;审查
