摘要

实现学校竞争力的主导因素是校长的绩效。本研究旨在探讨组织文化、工作环境、人格特质和动机对公立高中校长绩效的直接和间接影响。研究样本是雅加达310所公立学校的校长。数据分析使用路径分析,其中要求是正态性,同质性和线性的检验。研究结果表明,外生变量对内生变量有直接影响,人格通过动机对工作绩效有间接影响。提高工作表现可以通过对校长进行文化、环境和个性方面的培训来实现
