Therefore, this study aims to influence subject teacher deliberations on social studies teacher professionalism in MTsN throughout Tanah Datar District. This research uses a type of quantitative research with the Ex-Post Facto method. Data collection technique with a questionnaire. The population is social studies teachers at MTsN throughout Tanah Datar regency. The research sample was taken using random sampling by means of a lottery system. Data analysis using linear regression. The results showed that subject teacher deliberations had an effect on the professionalism of IPS teachers at MTsN Tanah Datar Regency by 57.4%. 摘要
影响教师专业化的因素有很多,其中一个因素就是教师的主体性思考。因此,本研究旨在影响坦拿达尔地区MTsN的科目教师对社会研究教师专业精神的考量。本研究采用一种定量研究与事后分析方法。数据收集技术与问卷调查。人口是Tanah Datar县MTsN的社会研究教师。研究样本采用摇号法随机抽样。数据分析采用线性回归。结果显示,科目教师审议对MTsN Tanah Datar Regency IPS教师的专业素养有57.4%的影响。由此可见,教师的主体性思考影响教师的专业化。
Pengaruh Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) terhadap Profesionalitas Guru
