The absorption intensity decrease (ΔA) was correlated with drug concentrations in the sample solutions. By using of the optimum conditions, linear calibration curves with good correlation coefficients (0.9958–0.9998) were found between the measured ΔA values and the corresponding drugs concentrations in the range of 12-80 μg mL−1. Limits of detection were in the range 1.31-2.21 μg mL−1. The proposed method was validated and successfully applied for the analysis of the above mentioned drugs in their bulk and pharmaceutical dosage forms with good recoveries (98.5 ± 0.98 to 102.5 ± 0.79%). No interferences were obtained from the common excipients. 摘要

建立了一种安全、简便、可靠的分光光度法测定h2受体拮抗剂西咪替丁(CIM)、法莫替丁(FAM)、尼扎替丁(NIZ)和盐酸雷尼替丁(RAN)的方法。该方法通过与环境友好试剂n -溴代琥珀酰亚胺(NBS)的反应,通过与间苯三酚的反应测定过量的NBS,得到在435 nm处λmax的黄色显色产物。吸收强度降低(ΔA)与样品溶液中的药物浓度有关。通过优化条件,在12 ~ 80 μg mL−1范围内,测得的ΔA值与相应药物浓度具有良好的线性校准曲线(0.9958 ~ 0.9998)。检出限为1.31 ~ 2.21 μ mL−1。该方法经验证,可用于上述药物原料药和制剂制剂的分析,回收率为98.5±0.98 ~ 102.5±0.79%。常用辅料均无干扰。该方法成功地应用于硫酸氢ras制剂的分析,结果与官方方法相当。
