目的:利用软件成像技术评价高血压患者的髁突骨小梁骨密度。材料与方法:研究类型为描述性,采用有目的的抽样方法,获得25例25-45岁高血压患者的全景x线片。使用ImageJ软件进行髁突小梁分析,感兴趣区域(ROI) 50×50像素。结果:利用ImageJ软件对高血压患者髁小梁区及骨髓区进行全景x线片评价,其骨密度为29.929%
