Male divided into cigarette smokeG1, hookah smoking G2,and control group G3, The results indicated that serum TSH levels were significant change low a in the G1 group than with the control group(G3), and we found the levels of TSH hormone were significant change lower P˂0.05 in the cigarette smokers compared with the control group, TSH levels were no significant P≥0.05 between the hookah smokingG2 3.6±0.004 and control group, and highly significant mean differences among two groups in the TSH levels between the G1 and G2, Our findings also indicated a significant increase in T3 or T4 serum levels in smoking, also the levels of triiodothyronine hormone (T3) were P˂0.05 (significantly higher) in the cigarette smokers 3.50±1.1 nmol/l compare with the control group G3, 0.98±0.002nmol/l,, We found also the levels of thyroxine T4 significant higher p˂0.05 than control G3 and cigarette smokers. Also the significant differences in T3 levels P˂0.05 betweenG24.01±`0.4 than G3 0.98±0.002,also we found significant differences in the T4 levels P˂0.05 between G2 140±30 compared G3 120±22, . 摘要

研究表明,吸烟会影响甲状腺的生理功能,本研究的目的是确定吸烟或水烟对男性甲状腺功能的影响。甲状腺是位于喉下的一个内分泌腺体,主要的甲状腺激素有甲状腺素t4、三碘甲状腺素T3、促甲状腺激素TSH等。将男性分为吸烟组(G1)、水烟组(G2)和对照组(G3),结果表明:吸烟组血清TSH水平与对照组(G3)相比变化显著(P < 0.05), TSH水平与对照组(P < 0.05)相比变化显著(P < 0.05),水烟组(G2)与对照组(P < 3.6±0.004)之间差异无统计学意义(P < 0.05);吸烟组血清T3、T4水平显著升高,三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)水平比对照组高(3.50±1.1 nmol/l, 0.98±0.002nmol/l),甲状腺素(T4)水平比对照组和吸烟者高(P值小于0.05)。T3水平P小于0.05(24.01±0.4)比G3(0.98±0.002)有显著性差异,T4水平P小于0.05(140±30)比G3(120±22)有显著性差异。T3水平在G1组(3.50±1.1)与G2组(4.01±0.4)相比无显著变化(P>0.05), T4水平在G1组(135±24)与G2组相比无显著变化(P>0.05)
